Rule # 1: We don't attack each other in here, every one is at a different stage of discovery and healing and it takes some longer than others so this is our safe place.

Rule # 2: We never, ever, ever mention our NPD's name or give hints as to who they are. NPD's feed on this stuff and we want to keep their darkness in the dark.

Rule # 3: This is about us, not about the NPD so don't make it about them!!!
